4660 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA, 92122 (“Contractor”) and the Department of Administration (“State”) on behalf of the State of Minnesota, participating members of the National Association of State Procurement officials (NASPO), members of the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) and other authorized Participating States and Participating Entities.

CURRENT CONTRACT TERM
Agreement Term
Pursuant to Minnesota law, the term of this Agreement shall be effective upon the date of final execution by the State of Minnesota or on 9/1/2009, whichever is later, through 8/31/2012 (3 years). The Agreement has been renewed for two (2) years, through 8/31/2014, unless terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
