WSCA I

The four contracts for what is now known as WSCA I were entered into by New Mexico for WSCA in September, 1999. Responsibility for these contracts was assigned to Minnesota in the Spring of 2004. After the announcement, evaluation, and award of WSCA II in May 2004 by Minnesota for WSCA and NASPO, these four contracts were extended through December 31, 2004, to allow for a smooth transition of services as the transition from WSCA I to WSCA II took place.

Here are:

  1. Copies of the master price agreements (using the original New Mexico contract numbers) and all amendments.
  2. A summary of the purchases that Minnesota could document for WSCA I from 1999 through September, 2004.  Activity after September 2004, whether on WSCA I or WSCA II, is reported on the 2004-2009 Contracts page.

This page will not be updated further.

For current information refer to the 2009-2014 Contracts page.

Thank you.
