The Acquisitions section of the Materials Management Division (MMD) serves to support the Commissioner of Administration's statutory responsibilities (Minnesota Statutes Ch. 16C) in the open and competitive acquisition of construction services. To assist in achieving this end, as construction projects are put on the bid market they are advertised in our Virtual Plan Room.

VIRTUAL PLAN ROOM - IMPORTANT NOTICE

The Materials Management Division has fully transitioned to a virtual plan room at QuestCDN.com for its construction projects. In addition, the Departments of Military Affairs, Natural Resources and Transportation are now utilizing the virtual plan room for construction contracts being solicited under authority delegated by the Materials Management Division.

Effective July 1, 2009, the Virtual Plan Room will be the official website for announcing construction contract solicitations for the agencies listed above. Construction contract solicitations for the agencies listed above will no longer be advertised on this website.

Results for projects that have been listed in our virtual plan room can be accessed at this link: QuestCDN.com.

Other public entities may continue to use this website to advertise their construction contract solicitations until such time as they may transition to the virtual plan room.
