Professional/Technical Service Contract Opportunities

Notice of Informal Solicitations for State of Minnesota Professional/Technical Service Contracts (as defined in Minn. Stat. § 16C.08, subd. 1). Refer to Minn. Stat. § 16C.06, subd. 1 and subd. 2 for current publication requirements and dollar threshold for formal solicitations.

Informal Solicitations

• The Professional/Technical Service Contracting Opportunities page contains notice of informal solicitations, as defined by Minn. Stat.§ 16C.02, subd. 9.
• Solicitations are posted by the contracting agency after approval is obtained from the Department of Administration.
• These solicitations do not obligate the state to award a contract or complete the project.
• Responses to these solicitations must be in writing; late responses will not be considered.
• If there are discrepancies between the notice and the actual solicitation, the terms of the solicitation prevail.
• Responses received before the due date and time will be evaluated. Upon completion of the evaluation process the responses will be open for public review upon, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 13.591, subd. 3.

Formal Solicitations and Requests for Proposals (RFP)

• Notices for all RFPs defined by Minn. Stat. §16C.02, subd.7 are published in the State Register every Monday.
