Informative Vendor Internet Links Procurement Technical Assistance Center The Procurement Technical Assistance Center’s (PTAC) mission is to strengthen Minnesota’s economy by stimulating job creation, growth, and business retention. To accomplish this goal, the PTAC assists businesses in securing government contracts. Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) DEED encourages the creation and retention of high quality jobs through business growth, expansion and retention. Business development services help companies expand or relocate in Minnesota, find and train employees, promote international trade, and finance business expansions. Starting a Business in Minnesota The Department of Employment and Economic Development publishes A Guide to Starting a Business in Minnesota that is available free of charge. Copies may be ordered online or by calling the publications order line at 651.296.3871 or toll-free in Greater Minnesota at 800.310.8323. ISEEK ISEEK provides individuals and businesses with up-to-date information about educational, career, employment, and business growth opportunities in the state of Minnesota. SADBOC The Small and Disadvantaged Business Opportunities Council (SADBOC) provides a list of certification programs to assist small and diverse businesses obtain procurement opportunities with public and private entities. |
