Welcome to the Office of State Procurement (OSP) website. OSP, a division of the Minnesota Department of Administration (Admin), is the State of Minnesota's central procurement office. Upholding the Admin Vision, Mission, Values, and Goals, OSP's mission is to facilitate the strategic acquisition of goods and services for the State of Minnesota and other governmental entities. The division aspires to meet its customers' reasonable expectations while upholding the highest legal and ethical standards of responsible business and procurement practices.
OSP has a history of being nationally recognized as a leader in public sector procurement. In 2016, the national policy publication, Governing, ranked Minnesota's purchasing and contracting programs third in the nation.
