| Suspended/Debarred Vendor Report

| Minnesota Rules Part 1230.1150, Subpart 6 requires the Materials Mangement Division to maintain a master list of all suspensions and debarments. The master list must retain all information concerning suspensions and debarments as a public record for at least three years following the end of a suspension or debarment.
